Our Commitment in Response to COVID-19

In these defining times in our history, our commitment to the safety and well being of our people, our clients and the workplace is of upmost importance to us. In our planning, we have taken extensive measures and implemented protocols for business continuity, while mitigating any potential risk to the service delivery of critical support to our clients and suppliers.

At this time, the Capital Assist office remains open for business. Our IT systems permit all of our team members to work seamlessly from home, as may be needed with remote access to continue operating and communicating with you. Our services will remain unchanged until further notice.

In an abundance of caution, we will not be doing any in-person meetings; however, we are available to you by email and phone. All of our professional staff are being encouraged to use video conferencing wherever possible for external and internal communication. If you should need to provide us any documents, we request that you forward your documents electronically directly to the Partner or by fax at (226) 798-0221.

We are monitoring the situation closely and our decisions are being guided by the advice of the Canadian and local public health authorities.

We assure you that the critical steps taken during this time will ensure that we protect and support the interests of our clients, service partners and suppliers as well as our employees and Capital Assist’s business operations.
